TACOMA, Wash. — A second suspect was arrested Tuesday in connection with the murder of a man in Tacoma who was found lying in the street last week.
The shooting happened on Thursday, Jan. 9, at around 2:30 a.m. along N 18th St., just west of North Cheyenne, several blocks away from Silas High School.
