The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) is hosting a public meeting to present the draft 10-year Land Management Plan for the Lake Apopka North Shore and gather public input on the recreational use of the area. The meeting will take place Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, from 6–8 p.m. at the District’s Apopka Service Center, located at 2501 S. Binion Road, Apopka, Fla. 32703.
The District encourages the public to attend and share their thoughts on the proposed Land Management Plan for the Lake Apopka North Shore. The meeting will include updates on recreation and land management, an overview of the draft plan, and a dedicated session for public comments.
