Ohio State established itself as one of the top teams in college football last week. The Buckeyes went on the road for a top-five matchup with Penn State and left Beaver Stadium with a 20-13 win.
The margin of victory could have been bigger if the Scarlet and Gray hadn’t created their own issues. A pick six and a fumble going into the endzone saw at least seven points come off the board. However, the Ohio State defense held strong, holding the Nittany Lions to just six points through 60 minutes. When the offense needed a big drive late in the game following a goal line stand, the Buckeyes delivered, dominating with a rebuilt offensive line and the run game.
