IOWA CITY, Iowa – Four University of Iowa soccer student-athletes earned All-Big Ten honors the conference announced on Friday.
Graduate student Maggie Johnston and sophomore Millie Greer were both named second-team All-Big Ten. Johnston earned the award as a midfielder. The Coronoa, Calif. Native has two goals on the season to go along with an assist. Greer, a defender for the Hawkeyes, has played a huge role in the Iowa defense being one of the top defenses in the country. The Hawkeyes have allowed just 10 goals on the season for a goals allowed average of .556. Iowa’s goals allowed average ranks sixth among power-four conference teams.
