BAY COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – As Floridians prepare to hit the road for Labor Day, Florida gas prices during the holiday weekend are expected to be the lowest they’ve been in three years.
In 2023, Florida drivers paid $3.68 per gallon on Labor Day. In 2022 it was $3.52 and in 2021 it was $3.02.
As of now, the average price of gas in Florida is $3.27 per gallon. And while there can be fluctuations in prices due to increased demand from holiday travel. AAA spokesperson Mark Jenkins said gas prices should remain stable going into Labor Day weekend…
