Cleo, a lovable and resilient 1-year-old pup, has already experienced more challenges in her short life than most dogs ever will. After her family faced overwhelming hardships, they made the heartbreaking decision to surrender her so she could get the care she desperately needed.

When Cleo arrived at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, she was underweight, with her ribs showing, and clearly hungry.
