QDOBA is accelerating its expansion in Arizona with the opening of two new locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, set to debut in January. These will be the first standalone restaurants in the state, joining campus dining at Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University. The new eateries will offer 2,000 square feet of indoor dining, with Phoenix featuring 1,000 square feet of outdoor seating, and Scottsdale adding a cozy fireplace. The expansion will create 80 new jobs and add to QDOBA’s goal of nearly doubling its North American footprint in the next decade. The chain plans up to 10 locations in Arizona’s Southwest in two years.
