FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) – A motion has been filed in federal court asking for the EPA to not be held responsible for the Flint Water Crisis.
The documents say the federal government is claiming it is not responsible for decisions that caused the lead contamination of the city’s water. The EPA filed the claim Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, asking for a judgment and dismissal of claims.
