Senor Lucky’s in Davison closed on June 30. Now, the restaurant is under new ownership by local entrepreneurs and seasoned restaurateurs Kosta Popoff and Jason Hester . This news was first seen on MLive .
Public records show that Popoff Investments III LLC purchased the property at 840 S State in July, and the new owners have cleared out the establishment in preparation for renovations. According to MLive, the new owners hope to open i February or March of 2025 if everything goes as planned.
“We’re looking to rehab the building, and we’re going to make some changes to it, you know, clean it up, bring it up to date and make it a nice destination location for Davison and, obviously, surrounding communities,” Hester told MLive…
