PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) – Parma Police say on September 26th around 11:30 a.m. they received a call that a baby was lying in the parking lot at the Regency Apartments on Laurent Drive. Police later found out that the child had fallen 30 minutes earlier from a sixth floor apartment balcony.
When Parma Police arrived on scene, they found the baby in the parking lot near the back staircase of the building.
The child was alive, but bleeding…
