Northeast Ohio Faces 4-6 Inches of Snow as Lake-Effect Bands Persist Through Monday

Cleveland, OH – Lake-effect snow is expected to bring heavy snowfall and hazardous travel conditions to northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania through Monday evening. The National Weather Service (NWS) warns of up to 6 inches of snow in some areas.

According to the NWS Cleveland office, steady lake-effect snow will impact regions from Cleveland to Erie, with snow gradually shifting east and northward by Monday. An Arctic cold front will move southeast through the area tonight, bringing bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds.
