The California Parole Board has denied parole for convicted pedophile Charles Mix.
Mix is 69 now.
He was 48 back in June 2003 and was a roommate with a man he had known for years, sharing a home on Chestnut Street in Riverside. Mix kidnapped his roommate’s 5-year-old daughter on June 1st 2003, leaving a note behind, and drove her to Richfield Utah.…
