PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police have charged a man they say assaulted five people in Center City Monday.
They say around 7:15 a.m., a man, identified as 36-year-old Donnell Bruce, pushed three elderly people to the ground “in an unprovoked attack” near 22nd and Market streets.
Bruce then walked west on Market and struck a 22-year-old woman in the face, knocking her to the ground.
After that, police say he attempted to steal a bag from a 77-year-old man. When he resisted, Bruce punched him in the mouth…
