LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – With the new year come new goals and issues to be tackled within the City of Laredo.
The Laredo City Manager, Joe Neeb, stated that the city has been very aggressive in addressing ongoing water infrastructure problems, through pipeline repairs and water treatment plant expansions.
