Memorial Medical Center appears to have cooperated with a N otice of Breach Letter the City of Las Cruces issued in August.
The City received documents requested from the medical institution demanded in the letter, according to a news release. The release stated that MMC has been working with the City to provide documents and has requested and received, an extension to produce remaining documents.
