Ya’ll know how new grad unfriendly Vegas is ðŸ˜. Anyone have any luck so far? I applied to all 3 HCA residencies for the October 2024 start dates and applied to UMC, Dignity, and VHS for regular full-time jobs. I applied to smaller facilities too, but I keep getting told I don’t have enough experience. Am I the only one? I graduated in May, passed my boards in the same month. It’s been nonstop applications everyday since. Anyone know when the residencies for all the other hospitals get posted? Moving out of state isn’t an option right now.
