LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – During the last council meeting of the year, representatives with C. Carter Crane and MIGHT gave the council an update on the status of their respective shelters.
Brenda Spencer-Ragland took over C. Carter Crane less than six months ago to keep it from closing.
