Apparent misunderstanding leads to temporary seizure of puppies from local homeless man

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Two puppies were reunited with their owner, a homeless man living in a local park, after an apparent misunderstanding led to their temporary removal by animal control officers.

The puppies, seven-week-old Shepherd mixes, were found in good health and good spirits at Cincinnati Animal Care, Hamilton County’s animal shelter. They had been taken from Stanbery Park in Mt. Washington, where they were reportedly abandoned 48 hours earlier.
