HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Seth Rogers, father of missing 15-year-old Sebastian Rogers, recently joined Duane “Dog” Chapman in filing a preliminary injunction against several people who have joined the search for the teenager.
The injunction request cites interference and obstruction as the reasons for the filing.
One private investigator involved in the search, Stephen Fischer, filed a non-party opposition to the injunction request, claiming he is actively engaged in the search for Sebastian and a preliminary, and ultimately permanent would undermine the real search for the boy…
