Central Florida Soccer Club organizes successful food drive to support Apopka schools

As the holiday season approaches, the Central Florida Soccer Club (CFSC) has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the community with a successful food drive that brought much-needed relief to local families. This year, CFSC collected and donated over 7,500 food items to three local elementary schools: Apopka Elementary, Dream Lake Elementary, and Rock Springs Elementary.

Building on the success of last year’s efforts when the club donated more than 4,000 items to two schools, CFSC expanded the drive to help even more families in need. The club’s dedication to giving back has made a significant impact in Apopka, where many families rely on school food pantries to meet their nutritional needs.

“We are grateful for the generosity of our players, families, and volunteers who made this food drive possible,” said Naji S. Khouri, President of CFSC. “The support we’ve received allows us to make a real difference in our community, especially during a time when so many families are facing additional challenges.”
