LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A powerful system is expected to sweep across the region today, bringing rain, scattered showers, and eventually, snow.
The first of two cold fronts will move into the area, ushering in a wave of precipitation.
Rain and Scattered Showers
Initially, rain will dominate the morning hours, with temperatures holding steady in the 60s. As the day progresses, the showers will become more scattered, allowing for some sunshine to break through the clouds. However, the respite from the rain will be short-lived.
