WINNSBORO – A child and a teen were gunned down and left with serious injuries Friday night in the former Walmart parking lot in Winnsboro.
The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Friday, Sept 20, adjacent to the Plant Vape in the parking lot in the 700 block of U. S. Hwy 321 By-Pass.
