ESPN College Football Insider Pete Thamel reported that Rising is a game-time decision against the Pokes, according to his sources. Thamel expounded on the possibility, saying, “There’s an expectation he’ll attempt to play, but he’s not expected to be 100 percent with an injury on his throwing hand.”
