Tremonton City employee arrested for allegedly urinating on, inside high school girls’ cars

BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah ( ABC4 ) — A man who reportedly works for Tremonton City was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 1, after multiple reports of his allegedly trespassing on high school property, attempting to get into several vehicles, and urinating both on and inside cars.

Daxton Rusty Scoffield, 20, was arrested for one count of burglary of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; stalking, a class A misdemeanor; and criminal trespass upon school property, a class B misdemeanor.

According to an affidavit of probable cause filed in First District Court, on Sept. 30, officers were told of several incidents involving Scoffield entering school property and “accessing” several cars.

Documents said Scoffield was seen “on at least two occasions urinating on and then inside of a vehicle.” Scoffield reportedly targeted the same four vehicles belonging to the same four girls, the affidavit said…
