ATLANTA — A man was shot and killed outside a construction site for a home in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood on Saturday morning, police said.
Atlanta Police said officers responded to 750 Cascade Place SW just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday in a call about a person shot.
