Giving a helping hand — local and regional agencies sending aid and resources to Hurricane Helene victims

PADUCAH — As the remnants of Hurricane Helen make their way across the country, devastation has been left in the aftermath.

In response, several power cooperatives and The Salvation Army of Tennessee and Kentucky are sending aid to hurricane victims.
