LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKRC) – Jeep clubs in Kentucky helped residents get to work and to doctor’s appointments during last week’s winter storm.
According to WAVE, members of the Rough Cut and Stir Crazy Jeep Clubs in Louisville, Kentucky spent last week getting medical staff to work, as well as getting people out of the snow and off the ice.
When speaking to the outlet, volunteer Tony Cook said the group “helped about 150 people” get to where they needed to be.
“It’s just getting to know the different people, their backgrounds a little bit and just the smiles on their faces. At the end of the day, it’s knowing that we made a difference in their life,” Cook said when speaking to WAVE…
