MOORINGSPORT, La. – A fourth earthquake was reported near Mooringsport, Oil City, and Blanchard.
The U.S. Geological Survey measured a 3.1 magnitude earthquake, at exactly 3:04 a.m., with the epicenter inside of Caddo Lake. It was about 3 miles deep.
