LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville tow truck driver narrowly escaped death early Monday morning after attempting to intervene in an alleged robbery.
Chris Skaggs, who has been with Suburban Towing for two years, was ending his shift around midnight when he noticed what appeared to be a robbery across the street from the company lot.
