Evan Hardman, 41, from Tomball, is in a Houston jail, facing charges for allegedly being involved in a murder-for-hire plot that led to the death of Dr. Hamid Mirshojae. Police say Dr. Mirshojae was shot in an “ambush-style murder,” attack outside his clinic. Hardman, who is waiting to be extradited to Los Angeles, has been charged with murder, according to ABC13.
Ahang Mirshojae, 53, is accused of hiring Hardman to murder her ex-husband, Dr. Mirshojae, in a financially motivated crime. Hardman has been extradited to California to face charges. Ahang Mirshojae was arrested and her arraignment has been delayed.
