The Washington Commanders dominated the Carolina Panthers at home, defeating them 40-7. Jayden Daniels suffered a rib injury on the opening drive, and didn’t return to the game. Quinn didn’t have any updates, and said he would have further testing and they would know more tomorrow. Veteran QB Marcus Mariota stepped in for the the rookie, and had a slow start, but opened up the offense to lead them to a big win over a bad team.
