BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Another employee from Maryland’s juvenile correctional system spoke up on Friday about the conditions inside the agency.
A female corrections officer who has spent several years working for the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services told FOX45 News she felt compelled to blow the whistle even though the agency has been cracking down on employee communications with the media.
