BLOOMFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) — A chicken coop fire in Bloomfield on Saturday afternoon led to a large brush fire.
The Bloomfield Center Fire Department arrived at Gale Rd. at 5:30 p.m. where a chicken coop had gone up in flames.

The chicken coop’s fire spread to a nearby wooded area and ignited a brush fire that was rapidly extinguished by firefighters.
