MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — Students in Manchester will start the school year off in style with fresh haircuts from volunteers.

One Stop Barber Shop on Spruce Street teamed up with Manchester schools on Monday to give kids at Illing Middle School free haircuts as a way to give back to the community.
“It’s important because we want to give back to the community,” Robert Arroyo, owner of the One Stop Barber Shop said. “There are a lot of kids in need.”
