An AMBER Alert from Missouri ended with a traffic stop in Wabaunsee County on Thursday night.
Wabaunsee County Undersheriff Eric Kirsch says deputies and Alma City Marshal Mike Baker noticed the suspect vehicle at the Interstate 70 on-ramp in Paxico. The vehicle allegedly had a 12-year-old child kidnapped from Warsaw, Missouri, inside.
Kirsch says 36-year-old Anna Savard of Boise, Idaho, was taken into custody and is awaiting extradition to Benton County, Missouri…
