GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The Port of Green Bay has put out a formal request for development information for the former Pulliam Power Plant site that has been reserved for downtown Green Bay’s coal piles.
Brown County bought the site in 2022. The coal piles would take up about a third of the site.
“This RFI is being issued so that interested parties can connect with the Port and share their ideas to develop this important location,” port director Dean Haen said in a news release. “We’re excited to see what’s out there with regards to creating economic development and family-supporting jobs.”…
