COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is urging drivers to comply with the state’s move-over law, which mandates that motorists move over and slow down for any vehicle with flashing lights on the roadside.
This includes law enforcement, emergency responders, road construction, and utility crews.
