Sixty county residents filled every chair in the Morrow County Board of Commissioners meeting room Monday, while an additional 30-40 stood around the room and in the hallway as Commissioner Jon Mason welcomed the crowd to a discussion of the Woodbury Solar project in Perry Township near North Woodbury at state Route 314 and Township Road 87.
Mason called from a list of 10 who requested to speak, and the speakers spoke passionately about the solar project, which they had only heard about in the past couple of weeks.
