A patient received a pair of sunglasses from a ra le to which we had donated. She came in because they didn’t fit her right and we kindly let her pick out another style, similar value. Six months later she called because she lost them, asking if we would replace them. What? They were free. And we don’t cover lost items under warranty even if she had purchased them.
