WINCHESTER — A Frederick County jury on Thursday evening found 71-year-old Garrison Vasile Morin guilty of nonconsensually hugging and kissing multiple patients during visits to his clinic.
Morin, 71, of Purcellville, was convicted of 10 misdemeanor counts of assault and battery. The seven-member jury of four men and three women — who deliberated for over seven hours before coming to a verdict — found the former doctor not guilty on an eleventh assault charge.
