Road Watch: Hazardous Refreezing Conditions Persist in Shenandoah Valley

Shenandoah Valley, Virginia — Dangerous refreezing conditions continue to impact roads across the Shenandoah Valley as bitterly cold temperatures drop below 20 degrees during the overnight hours.
