Fauquier County, Virginia — A Winchester man lost his life in a two-vehicle crash on Route 17 Friday afternoon, December 6, according to Virginia State Police.
Frankie L. Fincham, 60, of Winchester, was driving a 1999 Dodge Ram southbound on Winchester Road around 12:10 p.m. when his vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a 2019 Ford F-150 traveling northbound.
