The Columbus Division of Police released dashcam and body camera video of two car crashes, which officers say involved stolen vehicles and juveniles.
Police say a 13-year-old slammed into a front yard on Lockbourne Road shortly after 1:30 AM on Wednesday and was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital with serious injuries.
