When it comes to recruiting, everyone knows that nothing is official until a player is signed and a top prospect is always on ‘flip watch.’ This is something Tennessee Vols football fans know all about, which is why they’ve been a little worried about 5-star verbal Faizon Brandon.
Ranked the No. 1 quarterback in the country, Brandon is coming off a strong showing at the Navy All-American Bowl, which still has people talking. Brandon continues to hear from other programs, but in an interview with Rivals’ Sam Spiegelman, he made it crystal clear that he’s not going to entertain outside interest and won’t be taking other visits. Nope, he’s locked in with the Vols and he’s ready to help head coach Josh Heupel out on the recruiting trail:
Tennessee 5⭐️ QB commit Faizon Brandon:”I don’t plan on going anywhere. I’m working on trying to deal with my class and getting more kids committed to Tennessee so we can have a great program.”More on what he told @samspiegs for @Rivals: https://t.co/2kxh4IWnsppic.twitter.com/vn3Lx0ULV6
