KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Storms and heavy winds were projected to hit Knoxville for the next couple of days.
Officials with the Knoxville Utilities Board said in times like these, they often help other companies by sending their crews and resources. But this time, crews are staying local.
