KNOXVILLE, TENN. – Mira Berglund is the individual leader, and Campbell is tied for second in the team standings following Monday’s second round of the Mercedes Benz Intercollegiate at Cherokee Country Club.

A sophomore from Oernskoeldsvik, Sweden, Berglund fired a collegiate-low, 5-under par 66 to move to 4-under par (72-66—138) on the par-71 Donald Ross design. She leads Emily Wilson of Memphis (70-70—140) by two strokes heading into Tuesday’s final round. Berglund’s bogey-free round included birdes on the third and fifth holes on the front side before she made back-to-back-to-back birdies on 11-12-13.

Campbell sophomore Alicia Olsson is tied for third place at 1-under 141 (73-68) after playing Monday’s back nine 5-under par. After making the turn at two-over, Olsson eagled the par-five 11th, then birdied the 14th, 16th and 17th holes to post her ninth round of par, or better, golf this fall…
