Can someone explain how this is even possible? On Tuesday, the SEC released its First-Team list for the 2024 campaign and while three Tennessee football players were featured, there was one omission that has fans furious. We’re certainly talking about stud cornerback Jermod McCoy, one of the best in the business.
McCoy was nothing short of sensational this season for Tennessee. His acrobatic interception against Vanderbilt is still being talked about, while his 54-yard interception return against Alabama is still being celebrated too.
Despite having an unreal campaign, it evidently wasn’t enough for him to be named an All-SEC First-Team selection. With the greatest of respect for Ole Miss’ Trey Amos, he has no business being ahead of McCoy here. This is just senseless:…
