NORWOOD, Ohio. (WKRC) – The westbound lanes of the Norwood Lateral are now re-open after several delays of reopening the area due to weather and construction issues.
The westbound lanes reopened at 5 a.m. on Saturday. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) said crews began to remove barricades and signs around 7 p.m. on Friday.
