DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released video of troopers pulling over four men who are allegedly connected to high-profile burglaries .
Video obtained by 2 NEWS shows on Jan. 10, an OSP trooper started his search because he allegedly reported smelling marijuana in the vehicle.
