DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Five local dispensaries have cleared the first step required by the state of Ohio to secure the right to sell cannabis recreationally.
The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has begun distributing provision licenses across the state. However, these licenses do not mean dispensaries can begin selling adult-use marijuana.
Dual-use licenses have been granted to the following dispensaries:
- Healing Through Cannabis, Springfield
- The Green Goat Dispensary, Piqua
- Eagle Dispensaries 2, Wapakoneta
- Harvest of Ohio, Beavercreek
- Daily Releaf, Riverside
